Taking on the Challenge of the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon and Half Marathon
I CAN take on the Challenge:
Join us on January 18, 2009 and take on the challenge of the PF Chang’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona Marathon or Half Marathon as part of Team Tillman. All Team Tillman participants will receive exclusive Under Armour® team gear and invitations to private team events in return for raising a minimum of $500 in support of the Pat Tillman Foundation.
All participants of TEAM TILLMAN Arizona who raise the minimum fundraising amount ($500) will receive the following:
-- Guaranteed entry into the marathon or half marathon
-- Official Team Tillman Under Armour® Technical T
-- Post-race party
-- A virtual training coach providing training tips and motivations
-- Weekly training emails and updates
-- Your own personal web site for online fundraising
-- A supportive group of teammates
Additionally, participants who raise more than the minimum fundraising amount will receive:
• $750+ All of the above plus Official Team Tillman hat
• $1,000+ All of the above plus Under Armour® shorts
• $1,500+ All of the above plus Under Armour® technical jacket
• $2,000+ All of the above plus Under Armour® running shoes
• $2,500+ All of the above plus Tillman Tunnel tile

Thanks for taking the first steps to participate in Team Tillman and donate online. All the tools you need to join are just a few clicks away!
-- At the time of registration, you will commit to a minimum fundraising goal of $500.00 and your credit card will be charged a one-time $25.00 registration fee. At that time, you will receive more information about how you can use our online tools (including a personalized web page) to aid in fundraising, templates and tips for fundraising, and much more. You will also receive incentive items from Under Armour® when you reach various donation levels.
--If you have not reached your goal by January 2nd, 2009 (2 weeks before the event), we will charge you for the difference between what you've actually raised and your fundraising minimum ($500) .
--You have until February 28, 2009 (45 days after the event) to continue on with your fundraising campaign. If you make up the amount that you were charged your credit card will be reimbursed at that time.

What is Team Tillman Arizona:
Team Tillman is a fundraising program for individuals that identify with the values exhibited by Pat Tillman and believe in the Pat Tillman Foundation’s mission of inspiring and educating young people who are striving to promote positive change in themselves and the world around them. Team Tillman athletes will participate as a team at the PF Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona to raise money and awareness for the Pat Tillman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All funds raised via Team Tillman directly benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation’s core initiative, Leadership Through Action ™, a leadership development program that provides the inspiration, experiences, and tools to help tomorrow's leaders identify societal problems that touch them, develop potential solutions to those problems, test the solutions, and ultimately implement those solutions.
